In 2002
We introduced the European dream Schmid emulsion foam equipment and began to focus on latex mold and mattress products.
In 2006
The company established the first automatic continuous latex foaming machine line to make latex foam in sheet or in rolls.
In 2007
Jiangsu Aidefu newly added plant of 97 acres and began to produce latex pillow.
In 2008
The company built the first latex core continuous foaming machine line to make latex core with thickness 10cm up.
In 2009
The company expanded the establishment of latex topper production line 4, while rebuilding the automatic pillow production line.
In 2012
The company has completed 21 patents.The annual sales value is over 100 million yuan,leading the development of national latex industry.
In 2014
The company completes the comprehensive automation Transformation and establishes the automatic ingredient center as well as the warehouse with storage capacity of thousand tons raw material.
In 2015
The company achieved sales value of 300 million Yuan and the factory building area were expanded to 40 thousand square meter.
In 2017
The company has realized the sales volume of 400 million yuan.
Our Factory
100%natural ruber is our main raw material, we mainly make 100%NR,NR & SBR mixture. Products 1-6cm, 7-18cm Latex pads, density 40-120kg/m3, covering the flower type, 7 zone density subdivision, negative ion, bamboo charcoal, hydrogel, doublesided pinhole, singleside hole, latex pillow with 40 different shapes.
The company has three professional experts in latex industry, 18 people who had college education or above .14 years’ experience in latex production. Also, Aidefu latex Co. owns automatic foaming equipment, independent-developed high frequency, microwavevulcanization equipment, mold assembly-line techniques equipment. We owns 16 items of invention patent and he practical patent for the professional latex production, we are recognized as and the national high-tech enterprise every year.
Our Product
The company's products are divided into latex mattress series, latex pillow series and latex roller series. Product adoption Southeast Asia natural latex as raw material, Italy foaming equipment and automatic production line. Our main material natural rubber is from Southeast Asia, foaming equipments are from Italy. Advanced technic know-how our goods are of high quality which meet the international standard.With aluminunalloy mould,we can make various latex sheets and latex pillow with different sizes and shapes.Almost all clients’ requirement maybe meet up with.The products are washed and dried, and finally cut into customers’ specifications.. Adequate water washing process and high frequency drying and vulcanization ensure stable quality.After being strictly inspected by staff, the products are packed in carton, plastic bags.Or compressed package.
Production Equipment
The company has the only continuous production line of latex mattress in Asia (10-20cm thickness). Top-per1-5cm automatic production line and automatic pillow production line. Raw material configuration, foaming to drying and cutting, packaging to achieve full automation, quality assurance at the same time.

For pillows, we will provide pillow inner cover (pure cotton or grid cloth) and outer cover (velvet or other elastic fabric) for the customers who Need, Picture album, handbag package and so on are also available.
Aidefu can provide customers various mattress,such as Latex foam laminated horse hair sheet, Polymer mattress combined latex foam, bamboo charcoal latex foam combined mattress, etc.We have professional sewing workshop and first-class processing technology on finished mattress. We may provide OEM service which includes processing, choosing the fabric ,packing etc. We have all necessary machine for mattress,such as sewing machine, embroidery machine, trademark machine.So we can supply both half finished latex core to the finished latex mattress, and the latex Pillow core to the latex pillow with cover.Consumer may order the goods they need one time.
